We did Irish dancing, with the orchestra students playing Irish music in the background; we played icebreaker games because we are OL’s and that’s what we do; we sang I’m Yours by Jason Mraz while 2 guys played it on the ukelele; We partied…It was one night where people actually had school spirit.SFU <3.

Last night, I turned into a zombie. No Canadian citizenship + No drivers’ license + Arts & Social Sciences faculty + Undergrad (vs. being a masters’ student) = NO CO-OP JOBS. OMG GOD WHAT AM I GOING TO DO THIS SUMMER!? I can easily get a job at day camps etc but I want something related to my field of study and with all those restrictions attached to that, can you really blame me for not applying, my dear co-op advisors?
